Why is the TRthriv Focus Tea Powder not completely soluble in water?
TRthriv Focus tea is rich in botanical ingredients. As powder from plant extracts may not be fully soluble, you might notice small particles in your drink.

I am sensitive to caffeine. Can I drink TRthriv Focus Tea instead of coffee?
TRthriv Focus Tea is not suitable for people sensitive to caffeine as it contains a blend of Guarana – a plant-based source of caffeine as well as different tea extracts (from Camellia sinensis) that also contain caffeine. Both coffee and tea are a source of caffeine and are thus not recommended for people sensitive to it.

Will TRthriv Focus Tea increase my endurance performance?
TRthriv Focus tea contains caffeine, which contributes to an increase in endurance performance if consumes one hour before exercising and in recommended quantities.

Can I take TRthriv Focus Tea with other products that contain caffeine (like coffee or tea)?
TRthriv Focus Tea should not be consumed along with other products containing green tea. You might drink both Focus Tea and coffee during the day, but we advice you to not exceed a maximum daily dosage of caffeine (400mg).

What is the amount of caffeine in TRthriv Focus Tea compared to a regular cup of coffee?
The amount of caffeine in one serving of TRthriv Focus Tea versus one cup of coffee is almost the same. Our tea contains around 89mg of caffeine per serving. In comparison, one cup of filter coffee (200ml) delivers approximatively 90mg of caffeine while a cup of espresso (60ml) contains 80mg of caffeine.
