Apply a generous amount of cream evenly across all exposed areas. Reducing this quantity will lower the
level of protection significantly. Massage into the skin 15 minutes before entering the sun or water. Reapply regularly to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling off. Avoid extended exposure, even with sunscreen.
