Food supplement with Omega 3 fatty acids. Pharmanex Marine Omega is a food supplement rich in omega-3 fatty acids, namely Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). EPA and DHA originate from krill and fish oil and provide 1,400 mg/day of omega-3 fatty acids per day. EPA and DHA help to maintain the normal function of the heart when at least 250 mg is consumed daily. In addition, a daily intake of 250 mg DHA helps to maintain normal brain function and vision.
