Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, or after each meal unless otherwise directed by a dentist or physician.
Feel free to alternate with AP 24 Anti-Plaque Fluoride Toothpaste. For children under 6, we recommend using a pea sized amount of toothpaste and supervising their brushing habits to limit the risk of excess swallowing.
